Mr Idris, used to be just a Secondary school certificate holder and  aspired to have a great academic achievement. 

Mr Idris chose to challenge himself  by pursuing a university degree, all while fulfilling his duties as a security guard. His story is a testament to the power of perseverance and the pursuit of education.

As fate would have it, an opportunity arose within the bank; a chance for Mr Idris to step into the shoes of a banker. 

With the support of his supervisor, Mr Ayomide Babalola, Mr Idris seized the moment. He participated in the aptitude test for the vacant position and emerged as the best candidate.

The transformation was swift and profound. On Friday, Idris donned his security uniform for the last time. 

The next Monday, he walked through the same doors, not to guard but to engage in the intricate dance of numbers and financial strategies as a banker.

A Nigerian man named Idris, who worked as a security guard at a bank, took the initiative to further his education while maintaining his job. 

He enrolled as a part-time student at a university to pursue a Bachelor's Degree. 

His dedication and hard work were recognized when a banking position opened up. 

Idris was encouraged to apply, and after undergoing rigorous assessments, his exceptional performance earned him the job, transitioning him from a security officer to a banker.
